Life is short. You are either enjoying your life or wasting it. We believe in enjoying it. Work is an important component of life and so you have no choice but to enjoy work. As owners we love Riverpark Dental and it is an extension of our home. Our team is an extension of our family. You can ask anyone who works with us and they will affirm this.
Riverpark Dental is a service organization that seeks to deliver the most enjoyable experience to its dental patients. We also strive to make this the most enjoyable place to work. We believe that we treat our team members like family with dignity and respect and work together with them to help them deliver personal and career objectives.
We believe that the best investment is in training and development and spend 5 times more than the industry average. (Not surprisingly the practice grows 5x faster than average. This correlation is no coincidence). We feel that in order to maximize the value of training a different venue is necessary. Whether it’s Vegas or the Caribbean, it is incredible how much more you get done if you are relaxed in an enjoyable place.
We believe that building and maintaining a happy team requires constant work from everyone. Aside of training we have several times a year team outings and activities. Being able to do this is one of the things we love most about Riverpark Dental. We are a tight group, but because we are still such a young office (most people are here less than 2 years), it is pretty easy for new hires to integrate quickly. The ‘fit’ is as important as customer service skills.
At Riverpark Dental you will learn, you will grow and you will reach your potential. Being a young dynamic, fast-growing organization there are plenty of opportunities for motivated individuals.
Riverpark Dental is not for everyone. Our patients have really high expectations of Riverpark Dental and these expectations cascade down on all individuals. We play hard…but we also work hard.
We have a very unique position for someone who loves dental assisting and enjoys being involved in other areas of the dental practice. Successful individuals will find this career opportunity very rewarding from a career and a financial perspective.

When you walk in it seems like a nice, pleasant upscale practice. When you dig deeper you realize that it is the work of Canada’s leading dental consulting and market research company that invested the last 12 years researching best practices in the US and Canada to provide the most enjoyable dental experience and optimal dental care.
You cannot deliver this experience without an amazing hygiene program. Our program doesn't reinvent the clinical aspect of hygiene; it elevates hygiene to a newer level.
We could never understand why is the success of a dental hygiene program measured by the same metrics as an assembly plant - number of units billed per hour, downtime, or dollars produced per hour? Why are hygienists treated like assembly line workers where they perform the repetitive tasks of processing patients one after the other, with minimal downtime? Why is a hygiene appointment referred to as ‘just a cleaning’?
In our hygiene program, success is not measured by profits, or the number of units billed, but rather by the role that hygiene plays in their lifestyle. A hygiene appointment is not ‘just a cleaning’. Hygiene is an integral part of the patient lifestyle. A hygienist is not a ‘tooth scaler’ but a trusted health professional, an oral health coach, in areas that extend beyond oral health. The clinical aspect of hygiene is just one component of the appointment. A hygiene visit is an opportunity for the hygienist and the patient to connect on a higher level, to educate the patient in areas of oral health and overall wellness. Our definition of success is a patient who is looking forward to their next visit as an opportunity to monitor their state of oral health, get their mouth freshened up, and connect with their trusted hygiene advisor to catch up on the recent events in their lives and to plan the next steps in their oral health journey.
We are looking for a couple of hygienists with the same mindset to join our growing team. Ability to travel (after Covid-19 is done) as some of our training takes place in exotic destinations.
All PPE will be provided: masks, protective barriers, face shields and isolations gowns, negative pressure laundry, air purifiers, full-time onsite cleaning/sanitation person, RCDSO, and CDHO guidelines followed.

We are currently looking for a family dentist to join our practice. The ideal associate can build a strong relationship with the patient and put them at ease. This dentist loves and is great with children. 1+years of experience (from Canada or abroad) is a prerequisite. All of the patients are fee-for-service and tend to value their oral health.
The career path at Riverpark Dental is very rewarding. As Riverpark Dental opens satellite offices, the associate dentist will either continue to associate or have the opportunity to head up (or own) one of the other offices throughout London and beyond. There is also an opportunity of buy-in to Riverpark Dental.
